Warren Fullerton is a partner at Kirwin Partners LLP. Certified as a Specialist by the Law Society of Ontario, Warren has practised family law since 1982.
Warren has extensive trial, appellate and mediation experience in all aspects of family law and matrimonial issues, including property division, custody and access, spousal and child support and common-law relationships.
Warren is a certified mediator, a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Essex Law Association, The Advocate’s Society and is a past President of the Essex County Family Law Lawyers Association, and has served on numerous community committees.
