Ioana Vacaru, LL.B.

Ioana Vacaru has practised in the area of civil litigation since 2016, after having completed her articles and a two-year internship with Kirwin Partners. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom and subsequently obtained Canadian accreditation through the National Committee of Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.

Ioana’s general litigation practice has a particular focus on the areas of plaintiff personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial and shareholder disputes, and insurance litigation.

Ioana is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Essex Law Association.
