Gregory D. Wrigglesworth, B.A., LL.B.

Greg Wrigglesworth has practised in the area of civil and commercial litigation since 2002. He has experience in the areas of real estate and condominium law and various aspects of commercial and business law. Greg has appeared before numerous levels of court in Ontario, including the appellate level.

Greg’s litigation practice focuses on the areas of employment law disputes on behalf of employers and employees, construction liens, trust claims, debtor and creditor matters, bankruptcy and insolvency and expropriation of property.

Greg also represents parties in disputes related to estates, guardianship for both personal care and property, issues of capacity and trust disputes.

Greg is a past member of the board of director’s level of numerous local charitable organizations, and is member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Essex Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association and various non-profit organizations in Essex County.
