Daniel Ableser, B.A. (Hons.), LL.B.

Daniel Ableser has practised civil litigation and family law since 2011, after having articled with Kirwin Partners. He completed his law degree at the University of Ottawa and has a Political Science degree from the University of Windsor.

Daniel has appeared before all levels of Court in the Province of Ontario and before boards and tribunals, including the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Daniel previously worked with Legal Services at Elections Canada and with the City of Windsor Building and Development Department.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys travelling, sports (watching attentively and playing poorly) and politics.
