Colin J. Bondy, B.Comm., LL.B.

Colin Bondy is a partner at Kirwin Partners LLP. Colin has practised civil and commercial litigation, personal injury, and employment law in the Province of Ontario law since 2008. He is also licensed to practise law in the State of New York.

Colin’s practice focuses on personal injury claims, including motor-vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice claims.

Colin has acted as Canadian counsel for several large U.S. based multi-national corporations.

Before being admitted to the Bar in the Province of Ontario, Colin clerked for the judiciary of the Superior Court of Justice for Ontario.

Colin is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Essex Law Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
