Ashley Bowers

Ashley Bowers practices in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Real Estate Law at Kirwin Partners.

Ashley completed her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy Law. During her time in law school, Ashley worked as a Teaching Assistant, was both a representative and member of the Women and the Law Club, and upon graduating was inducted into the Justice Frank Murphy Honour Society for her academic achievements.

Ashley’s practice focuses on all areas of corporate governance, specifically dealing with incorporations, the purchase and sale of businesses, and shareholder matters.

Ashley is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Essex Law Association.

Outside of work, Ashley is an avid runner and enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
