Nick Soulliere, B.B.A. (Hons.), J.D.

Nick Soulliere practises in the area of Corporate and Commercial Law at Kirwin Partners, after having completed his articles with the firm in 2016. He was born and raised in Windsor and completed both his undergraduate degree in business and his degree in law at the University of Windsor.

Nick’s corporate practice has a particular focus on the areas of business acquisitions and dispositions, incorporations, shareholder matters and corporate reorganizations.

Nick is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
